Be Still and Sit in Your Knowing

Have you ever felt like you have so much life-transforming stuff buried deep within you to share, but you lack the bandwidth to be able to do justice to any of it, so you just shut down? You just don't share anything at all, because every single piece of possible expression of "this knowing" only distorts the indescribable depth of it so much that it's just not worth it--it's not worth the risk...the risk of distortion. So, you sit there in "your knowing" (partial knowing that it is) and "that knowing" becomes almost painful, like a curse of sorts; because your deepest desire is that every soul can know this beautiful thing that can change everything. And, at the same time, "this knowing" also informs you that this is the way it has to be. This is the way it has to be, for this is the way it is. It can be a challenge to sit in your knowing and just...be still.
